Self Service Washer
Our Electrolux washers includes high-speed water extraction (up to 450g) at no extra charge. That means up to 5 1/2 times greater extraction than those used by a typical laundromat in Charlotte! This in turn means more water and detergent will be removed from your laundry than ever before resulting in a cleaner wash. This provides you with the ultimate laundry experience and differentiates from other laundromats. This technology is thriving throughout North America in such places as New York Tri-State Area, California, and Portland. With such a high G-force these washers will not only remove more water from your laundry, but they will also remove more soap residue than any other washer in the market. By extracting more soap residue during the rinse and spin cycle the incident of having any soap residue "baked" into the laundry fibers when drying in high heat is greatly reduced. By having less water in the load, drying time is reduced dramatically! In turn, your laundry will be subjected to less damaging effects of a high heat environment, which produces wear-and-tear on garments and prevents over-drying. Customers and babies with sensitive skin greatly benefit from less soap in the laundry as well. You will feel and see the difference in your laundry!
Available washers includes 10 each 20 lbs 200g washers, 12 each 30 lbs 450g washers, 8 each 45 lbs 450g washers, 6 each 62 lbs 450g washers and 2 each 75 lbs 400g washers.
All our washers uses the SpyderWash System allowing you the ability to start the washer with quarters, our Loyalty Card, or Credit Cards, including Apply Pay and Android Pay! Oh, and unlike ATM machines we charge no service fees for you using your credit card.
Self Service Dryer
You will be operating a dryer that is HOT and reverses itself to prevent your laundry from curling up into all ball. This "ball" effect does not allow your load to dry uniformly and result in wet spots throughout your laundry.
By having a reversing drum your load is dried evenly resulting in less time and money to dry your load.
In addition, when you use both our washers and dryers together you will get the maximum benefit of doing your laundry with significant time savings!
Available dryers includes 22 each 30 lbs pocket dryers and 16 each 54 lbs pocket dryers
All our dryers uses the SpyderWash System allowing you the ability to start the dryer with quarters, our Loyalty Card, or Credit Cards, including Apply Pay and Android Pay! Oh, and unlike ATM machines we charge no service fees for you using your credit card.
Our Service Hours
This laundromat normally opens at 6:00 AM. Our closing time is very flexible. We normally close at 10:00 PM but will remain open as long as there are customers. And if you have a special request to keep it open before Midnight call our dedicated number 704-747-1748 and ask for extended hours.
WI-FI Services
We offer complementary High Speed WI-FI services powered by Spectrum Business.
Wash Dry Fold
We offer Wash-Dry-Fold Service for those who don't have time to do their laundry or hate doing laundry. This service includes detergent and anti-static drying sheets. Depending on the size of the load and the time we receive it we can have it done the same day or by 12 noon the next day.
Our Wash-Dry-Fold Service is available daily from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Mondays thru Saturdays. Call for Sunday availability if available.
Our wash dry fold service is priced $1.15 per pound with a minimum of $11.50, except for comforters, quilts and sleeping bags.
Sleeping bags is priced at a flat rate of $15.00

Wash Dry Fold Locker Service
We now offer Wash Dry Fold lockers to allow you to drop off and pick up your laundry 24 hours, 7 days a week. There is no extra charge for this convenience.
We are still determining the best software to use to allow you to pay for your laundry by phone. Until then:
you can drop off your laundry in person, pay for the service in full and inform the employee that you want to pick up the laundry at your convenience using a locker, or
you can drop off your laundry directly into a locker and when ready you come and pay for the service to pick up your laundry. Just call 704-747-1748 to reserve a locker for you.

Laundry Card
If you are a regular customer and don't have a credit card we highly recommend you purchase our Laundry Card. Instead of inserting up to 24 quarters to start a washer, a single swipe of the Laundry Card starts the washer or dryer at your convenience. It's reusable too! All you need to do is add funds to the card.
You can even charge your card from the comfort of your home by logging into SpyderWash Customer Service Website.
Our Laundry Card is also a Loyalty Card and from time to time we will be offering special incentives to our customers as a way of expressing our thanks for their patronage!

We use Water Tanks!
It is not uncommon for a laundromat to use water tanks. Because the water pressure in Charlotte continues to deteriorate due to the rapid growth of the city the use of water tanks provides the washers the needed water pressure to fill up the washers regardless of the number of washers in use. Our water tanks were approved by the City of Charlotte and are designed for storing portable water for human consumption safely for extended period of time. We constantly feed the tank with the city water which is already treated against bacteria and is safe for human consumption. In addition, our tanks uses recirculating pumps constantly to keep the oxygen level at its peak for water purity.
